Requirments

  • Back ground in computer science, networking, telecommunication, electronic engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years or above working experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IOT, networking communication.
  • Should have a fair knowledge of network setups like knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch installation, and ISP broadband
  • Basic knowledge of internet protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IPSec, GRE, etc. is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
  • Strong sensitivity to new technologies and willingness to learn new things.
  • An ability to follow processes
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

  • To provide support on field testing, demo, POC, etc.
  • To design, implement customer demo, proof of concept and 2nd line support of eSIX network products such and routers, WAN products, to eSIX partners.
  • Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, and escalate problems.
  • Coordinate with remote R&D team on customer requirements implementation.
  • To improve global version of technical documentation.
  • The actual work depends on the skill and interests of the candidate.
