Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for eSix’s mobile router products.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose tailored networking solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations for clients and partners.

- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and address customer concerns regarding hardware, software, and network integration.

- Assist in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation.

- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., 5G, IoT, VPN, SD-WAN)

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering

- 3+ years of experience in networking, telecom, or related technical sales roles.

- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing protocols).

- Experience with mobile routers, IoT gateways, or enterprise networking equipment is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to travel as needed.
